Team Philosophy
Track is a sport that allows every athlete to succeed through the attainment of personal goals. Every athlete must compete against the clock or tape measure. The coaching staff is dedicated to helping each athlete compete to the best of their ability while contributing to the team’s success the best way they can.

The Jaguar Track and Field program was established in 2011 with the opening of New Manchester High School. Jaguar Track and Field has made strides in becoming a dominant force in the Georgia high school track and field community. In our short history, the Lady Jags have captured back-to-back Region 5-AAAAA titles in 2013 & 2014 and the Jaguars captured their first Region 5-AAAAA title in 2014. Both the boys and girls have sent numerous athletes to the state meets. In 2014, the Lady Jaguars scored 46 points, earning the 5-AAAAA 4th Place Trophy at the Girls State Track Meet Championships. The Jaguars also captured 4th Place at the Boys State Track Meet with 28 points.
